Work Order UnAuthorization

Once a Work Order is created, it is necessary to Authorize it so that Production department can do the needful. Authorizing a Work Order also freezes it for production. No changes what so ever are allowed thereafter. In case some changes have to be done in the Work Order, it should be Unauthorized first and changes can be made thereafter.
